How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. During sales or high-volume periods, delivery may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Which courier services do you use?

We use trusted third-party couriers like Leopard Courier, PostEx, and TCS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs PKR 250 for orders under PKR 5,500. It’s free for orders above that.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer exchanges only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 15 days of delivery. Please reach out to our support team to initiate your exchange, and we’ll assist you throughout the process.

What if I receive a faulty item?

What if something is missing from my order?

Sometimes items ship separately. If more than a day passes, contact our support team.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can't be canceled after confirmation and dispatch.

Can I make changes after confirming my order?

Once your order is confirmed, changes are generally not possible as we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make urgent changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I change the delivery address after confirming?

For safety reasons, we do not change the delivery address after an order is confirmed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth delivery.
